PURPOSE OF THE TENDER

The purpose of this tender (Tender No. AASW-REN-001/25) is to select a supplier for the implementation of renovation works of the premises of the Social Work Center located in the Vagharshapat community of Armavir region, under the Armenian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

SCOPE OF WORK

The works shall be carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and the technical specifications developed by the Armenian Association of Social Workers for the implementation of construction works.

TIMEFRAME FOR IMPLEMENTATION

• Expected start date: September 1, 2025

• Expected completion date: October 1, 2025

ELIGIBILITY AND SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

Proposals must include:

1. An application letter,

2. A copy of the state registration certificate of the supplier organization (legal entity),

3. A financial offer in line with the BoQ․

All eligible companies, regardless of their place of registration, may participate in the tender. The duly signed and sealed proposals must be submitted by August 25, 2025, 18:00 either electronically to: procurement@aasw.org, or in a sealed envelope delivered to the office of the Armenian Association of Social Workers, located at 30 Paruyr Sevak St., Apt. 43/1.

Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

OPENING OF PROPOSALS

Tender proposals will be opened on August 28, 2025 in the presence of the tender committee members.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The winning supplier will be selected based on the lowest offered price and the demonstrated ability to complete the works within the specified timeframe.

NOTICE

By submitting a proposal within the framework of this tender, the organization confirms its agreement to comply with all the requirements stipulated in this announcement for the execution of the construction works.
