PURPOSE OF THE TENDER

The purpose of this tender (Tender No. AASW-UNHCR-RT001/25) is to select a supplier(s) to carry out renovation works for the premises of the Social Work Centres of the Armenian Association of Social Workers located in Yerevan and Nor Hachn.

SCOPE OF WORK

The renovation works must be implemented in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) prepared by the Armenian Association of Social Workers for construction works, as well as the technical specifications contained therein.
The works include only renovation components and do not constitute construction activities subject to licensing.

TIMELINE FOR WORK IMPLEMENTATION

• Expected start date of works: 10 December 2025

• Expected completion date: 29 December 2025

TENDER PARTICIPATION

Applications must include:

• An application letter,

• A copy of the state registration certificate of the supplier organization (legal entity),

• A financial offer in accordance with the Bill of Quantities.

All eligible companies, regardless of registration location, may participate in the tender.
Organizations must submit their sealed and signed applications by 5 December 2025, 18:00, either:

• Electronically to procurement@aasw.org, or

• In a sealed envelope to the office of the Armenian Association of Social Workers, at:
  30 Paruyr Sevak St., Apt. 43/1, Yerevan.

Applications submitted after the deadline or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Organizations may apply:

• For renovation of both centres (both lots), or

• For renovation of only one centre (one lot).

OPENING OF TENDER APPLICATIONS

Tender applications will be opened on 8 December 2025 in the presence of the members of the Tender Committee.

SELECTION OF THE SUPPLIER

The winning supplier will be selected based on:

• The lowest price offer, and

• The ability to complete the works within the specified timeframe.
