Social workers will provide regular socio-psychological assistance to displaced families through mobile and center-based formats. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing families' needs and resources (environmental, behavioral, emotional, and social factors)
• Conducting home visits for assessment, counseling, and monitoring
• Planning and implementing interventions with families
• Supporting families' integration into their communities
• Identifying and assisting at-risk/vulnerable families
• Providing social counseling and forming support groups
• Maintaining detailed records, protocols, and case documentation
• Collaborating closely with government and non-governmental services
• Working closely with our development team and organizational staff
• Participating in capacity-building trainings and meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in computer and technical tools
• Dedication and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced situations
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle non-standard situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized professional education in social work or related fields
• Experience in the social sector, with NGO experience being advantageous
• Previous social work experience in Artsakh considered a plus
