Call for Suppliers to provide Hotel Services for the Delivery of Training Courses (AASW-WFP-T002/25)

The Armenian Association of Social Workers NGO invites interested providers to participate in the tender for the procurement of hotel services for the delivery of capacity-building training courses for the social-sector workforce in the Aragatsotn and Armavir regions.
PURPOSE OF THE TENDER
Within the framework of the programme “Food Security and Psychosocial Well-being of Refugees in Armenia”, implemented by the Armenian Association of Social Workers (hereinafter “the Association”) in cooperation with the World Food Programme and with the financial support of the EU ECHO, and aiming to enhance the resilience and social integration of refugees and forcibly displaced persons in target communities through the establishment of Social Work Centers, provision of psychosocial services, and capacity development of community-level workforce, the Association announces a tender (Tender No. AASW-WFP-T002/25) for the selection of hotel service providers.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected provider shall ensure timely and proper delivery of the following services to the contracting authority:
Task 1. Outgoing Training (Tsaghkadzor or Aghveran)
Purpose: Capacity development of specialists of the Social Work Centers established under the programme.
The provider shall ensure at minimum:
- Provision of a training hall accommodating up to 30 participants (U-shape arrangement),
- Spaces suitable for group work,
- Provision of coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner (two coffee breaks, one lunch, and one dinner per day),
- Accommodation for all participants.
- The event will take place on August 28–29.
Task 2. Outgoing Training (Tsaghkadzor or Aghveran)
Purpose: Professional capacity development of community social workers and MSS case managers from Aragatsotn and Armavir regions, and awareness-raising on available services.
The provider shall ensure at minimum:
- Provision of a training hall accommodating up to 30 participants (U-shape arrangement),
- Provision of coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner (two coffee breaks, one lunch, and one dinner per day),
- Accommodation for all participants.
- The event will take place on September 17–19.
Task 3. Outgoing Training (Tsaghkadzor or Aghveran)
Purpose: Professional capacity development of the social-sector workforce in Aragatsotn region.
The provider shall ensure at minimum:
- Provision of a training hall accommodating up to 30 participants (U-shape arrangement),
- Provision of coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner (two coffee breaks, one lunch, and one dinner per day),
- Accommodation for all participants.
- The event will take place on October 16–17.
Task 4. Outgoing Training (Tsaghkadzor or Aghveran)
Purpose: Professional capacity development of the social-sector workforce in Armavir region.
The provider shall ensure at minimum:
- Provision of two parallel training halls, each accommodating up to 30 participants (U-shape arrangement),
- Provision of coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner (two coffee breaks, one lunch, and one dinner per day),
- Accommodation for all participants.
- The event will take place on October 23–24.
Note: Payment to the Provider may be made partially in advance, subject to agreement.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PROVIDER
The provider must have experience in organizing similar events. All eligible companies, regardless of registration location, may participate in the tender. Companies meeting the above requirements may submit their quotation by August 23, 18:00 to the following email address: aaswprocurement@gmail.com
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The application package must include:
1. Financial Proposal prepared, signed, and stamped in accordance with Annex 1. The financial proposal must clearly and comprehensively reflect all requirements specified in the technical scope of the tender.
The offer must include: itemized services, quantities, unit and total prices (VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive), delivery timelines, and any additional conditions affecting evaluation.
2. Company Information signed and stamped according to Annex 2. This document must include: legal status of the company, state registration details, tax identification number, banking details, information confirming the company’s experience, capacity, and eligibility to perform the required services. ABOUT THE PROJECT
Project Objective: To strengthen the resilience and social integration of refugees and forcibly displaced persons in target communities by establishing Social Work Centers, providing psychosocial services, and developing the capacities of local workforce.
