PURPOSE OF THE TENDER

Within the framework of the "RISE – Armenia: Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion, and Empowerment of the Displaced and Vulnerable Population" project the Armenian Association of Social Workers NGO announces a tender (Tender No. AASW-RISE-002/25) for the selection of transportation service providers in the frames of capacity development training activities for the social service workforce in the regions of Aragatsotn, Shirak, Tavush, and Gegharkunik.

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected supplier shall ensure the timely and appropriate provision of the following services to the Contracting Authority.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

• Task 1: Round-trip transportation of participants from the regions of Aragatsotn, Shirak, Tavush, and Gegharkunik to Aghveran or Tsaghkadzor.

Note: Payment for the completed services may also be made in advance (prepayment), as agreed with the Contracting Authority.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SUPPLIER

The supplier must have prior experience in organizing similar events.

All eligible companies, regardless of their place of registration, are welcome to participate in this tender. Companies that meet the above-mentioned requirements must submit their application and price proposal by May 25, 18:00 Yerevan time to the following email address: aaswprocurement@gmail.com.

The application must include the following documents:

1. Price Proposal – properly prepared, signed, and sealed by the organization.

Attention: The price proposal must clearly and thoroughly reflect all requirements outlined in the technical specifications of the tender.

The offer must be structured based on the required services, quantities, unit prices, and total amounts, including and excluding VAT, as well as the delivery timelines and any other relevant conditions that may impact the evaluation.

2. Company Information – completed, signed, and sealed according to the format of Annex 1.

This document must include the company’s legal status, state registration details, tax identification number, bank information, and any other relevant details demonstrating the organization’s experience, capacity, and eligibility to deliver the required services.
