The Armenian Association of Social Workers invites qualified specialists who meet the required criteria to apply for the position of Team Coordinator of the socio-rehabilitation service of the Maralik Social Housing within the framework of the “RISE-Armenia: Rehabilitation, Social Inclusion and Empowerment of Displaced and Vulnerable Population” project (tender No. AASW-RISE-003/26 – 2).
Purpose of the Position
To ensure the effective day-to-day coordination of the multidisciplinary team and the organized delivery of socio-rehabilitation services, contributing to the rehabilitation process of beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily work of the team and service delivery
- Support the organization of case management processes
- Monitor the implementation of individual socio-rehabilitation plans
- Ensure continuity of services and beneficiary engagement
- Organize referrals and cooperation with community-based services
- Oversee documentation and reporting processes
Requirements
- Higher education in Social Work or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in team coordination
- Experience working with vulnerable groups is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
