The Armenian Association of Social Workers invites qualified professionals to join the teams of its Social Work Hubs as Social Work Hub Supervisors.
Within the framework of the programme, the Hubs provide psychosocial and socio-economic support to displaced and vulnerable populations, while also promoting their community inclusion. The Supervisor is responsible not only for professional supervision but also for coordinating Hub services, organizing the team’s work, and ensuring the quality of services delivered.
Locations:
The position is based in the following communities:
- Armavir (including Armavir and Vagharshapat communities)
- Hrazdan (Hrazdan consolidated community)
- Abovyan (Abovyan consolidated community)
- Masis (Masis consolidated community)

Duration:
April 1 – December 30, 2026
Position Objective։
To ensure the high quality, effective organization, and accessibility of social services delivered by the multidisciplinary team of the Hub by combining professional supervision, oversight of case management processes, and coordination of services.
Scope of Responsibilities
Professional Supervision and Capacity Development
- Provide regular individual and group supervision to social workers and other team members
- Review and analyze cases managed by staff and provide professional feedback
- Identify training and professional support needs
- Organize internal training sessions and professional discussions
- Contribute to the prevention of professional burnout and support staff integration
Case Management and Quality Assurance of Interventions
- Oversee the entire case management process and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Organize case conferences involving relevant stakeholders
- Review and approve individual intervention plans
- Ensure periodic reassessment of services
- Ensure that interventions are aligned with the best interests of beneficiaries
Service Coordination and Team Management
- Coordinate services delivered at the Hub, including community-based and outreach/home-based services
- Ensure effective functioning of the multidisciplinary team
- Monitor workload distribution among staff
- Ensure continuity and accessibility of services
- Oversee beneficiary registration and referral processes
Community Cooperation and Coordination
- Develop and strengthen cooperation with local self-government bodies, territorial social service centers, and other service providers
- Participate in inter-agency meetings
- Organize meetings with relevant stakeholders
Quality Monitoring and Accountability
- Conduct internal quality assessments and selective case audits
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
- Analyze service effectiveness and propose improvement measures
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality principles
- Prepare and submit periodic reports
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Higher education in Social Work (Master’s degree is an asset)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the social sector, including experience in supervision and/or service coordination
- Strong knowledge and experience in case management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent command of Armenian (knowledge of English is an asset)
